Notification of Defects

If you receive goods from Hamilton Brass UK Limited that appear to be defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery or collection:

• If the defect or damage is not apparent upon reasonable inspection, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovery.

• Your notification should include details of the defect or damage, along with photos of the part/area affected, so that Hamilton Brass can inspect the goods.

Upon acknowledgment of the issue, Hamilton Brass UK Limited will, at its discretion, rectify, replace, or issue a full refund for the affected goods. This resolution will be considered full satisfaction of any claims, and Hamilton Brass will not be liable for further losses or damages.

Return of Goods

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Hamilton Brass UK Limited within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for used items or products not in their original sellable condition.

Return Shipping Policy:

• If the item is damaged or defective, Hamilton Brass will provide a return shipping label.

• If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping it back. You must email us the tracking number once dispatched.

In the event that a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on the total order amount. This also applies to:

• Refused packages upon delivery

• Returns due to incorrect or insufficient addresses

• Items no longer required, wrong item orders, change of mind, unclaimed deliveries, or other reasons

Note: This restocking fee does not apply to items that were received damaged or defective.

Custom Ordered Products

Products that are custom-made, specially manufactured, or made-to-order based on customer specifications are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.
